Please read the terms and conditions carefully before making an appointment with us.

General

• These GTC apply to all massages and offers (further services) of Spa Sensuel Massagen.
• Our services are not medical treatments and are exclusively for your well-being.

Services and prices

• The prices for our services are shown on www.spa-sensuel.ch and are binding. Please inform yourself about the prices before booking.
• By booking an appointment, you accept the prices quoted.

Booking

• Appointments can be made by telephone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• Booked appointments are binding.
• With your booking you accept these terms and conditions.

Payment

• Payment can be made online or on location at the start of the service time.
• We accept cash payment and advance bank transfer to our account.

Delay / non-appearance

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service time will be reduced accordingly. In your own interest, we ask you to be punctual.
• In the event of a no-show, you will be charged the full amount for the booked services.

Cancellation / rebooking

• Cancellation or rebooking of an appointment is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time. Please call us at least 24 hours before your appointment, send us an SMS or WhatsApp.
• If you cancel or change your booking at a later point in time, you will be charged the full amount for the booked services.

Cancellation by Spa Sensuel Massagen

• If the service cannot be provided by Spa Sensuel Massagen for various reasons, Spa Sensuel Massagen cannot be held liable for any compensation.
• There is no entitlement on your part to the provision of the services.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

• Swiss law is applicable to all disputes arising from a contract between Spa Sensuel Massagen and a customer.
• The place of jurisdiction is Dielsdorf.
